WaTell is a multi-messenger CRM platform that allows businesses to manage customer communications from various messaging platforms including TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and Facebook in a unified inbox.
When you connect your TikTok account, WaTell accesses your public profile information and video comments solely to display them in your inbox and allow you to respond. We do not store your TikTok credentials beyond what is necessary for the integration to function.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use WaTell in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using WaTell, you consent to such processing.
WaTell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WaTell after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
